Since early April, the Business Journal has explored the issue of St. Louis' struggle to attract and keep talent.:
Our survey of readers, conducted in February, showed that this subject was identified as one of the top four challenges facing the St. Louis metro area. In particular, 88% of the people who said this was a major St. Louis challenge claimed it was more difficult to attract talent to this area than it is for other regions.
We used this as a jumping-off point to explore the issue in greater depth. It's been an interesting journey. Read more
