other details

The internship job description for summer 2025 is submitted to the St. Louis Mosaic Project by November 15, 2024 and the Mosaic Project will share the first 10 from the City organizations and 10 from the County organizations with local university career services offices and international student offices.  They will approve and share with students having STEM majors who will then apply directly to the companies.

Interns will have 4 cohort meetings during the summer to learn more about St. Louis City and County and share best practices.

Applications will go directly from the interested student to the designated company representative, who may be in HR, the Hiring Manager or the CEO. St. Louis Mayor Tishaura O. Jones and the City's Office of New Americans, along with County Executive Dr. Sam Page, will be informed of the organizations submitting internship requests and final hiring decisions.

The organizations who receive internship applications from the international students will also receive information on how to run a successful summer internship if needed. These 20 Company leaders and their interns will be invited to a reception with Mayor Jones and County Executive Page.
