As more than 4 million people become eligible for President Obama's immigration reform plan, National Journal's Next America will convene mayors from across the United States for a conversation on how changing immigration policies are impacting our cities. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti (D) will keynote "Next America: Population 2043," which will also feature a wide-ranging discussion with mayors and leaders from around the country about what Washington can learn from those who are at the forefront of the immigration and diversity debates.
