Mosaic Ambassador Companies and Organizations represent a variety of sectors and focus areas with one thing in common:  they pledge to advance welcoming initiatives for employees and customers, and commit to helping us transform the St. Louis region into one of the most welcoming places for New Americans and their families. ​ Members engage in a specific set of internal and external actions that promote global diversity and inclusion in the work place, with employees and customers. That includes creating awareness about the St. Louis Mosaic Project's mission and programs, volunteering with immigrant support organizations and more. ​Organizations are non-profits that provide direct services to refugees and foreign-born individuals and families. They are regular collaborators, supporters and amplifiers of Mosaic's mission and vision.

  • Participation in an annual gathering of all Ambassador Companies to hear demographic and immigration trends and how they affect St. Louis; updates on our programs and outreach; Talent Acquisition opportunities from immigrants and refugees of all skill levels and ethnicities

  • 1:1 assistance and troubleshooting as you explore ways to engage with the foreign-born community, connections to ethnic chambers and immigrant talent sources

  • Subscription to our monthly e-newsletter to keep up-to-date on immigrant opportunities and needs

  • Mosaic as a communication partner for hiring events, communications or promotions/programs geared toward foreign-born/immigrant community

  • Assistance identifying participants for panels about DEI as well as Mosaic team on your DEI panels

  • Free job listings on Mosaic website for 90 days and access to a diverse talent pool – your commitment to diverse hiring works toward Preferred Employer status
